Radiant skin and no sweating in summer? Check out our 5 tips!
1. Perspiration
Sweaty armpits on a hot summer day or large sweat stains during a festival, excessive perspiration can be very unpleasant. We have the solution for you. An anti-perspiration treatment with Botox temporarily blocks the nerve that controls the sweat gland. Two weeks after the treatment, your armpits will no longer sweat, and you will also not suffer from unpleasant odors.
2. Out of the sun after fillers
Do you have holiday plans and want to get a filler treatment before then? Our advice is to plan this in advance. After a filler treatment, your skin needs time to recover. Therefore, stay out of the sun for three days. If swelling, redness, and bruising have not disappeared after three days, we recommend staying out of the sun longer. Our advice is to schedule a filler treatment at least two weeks before your vacation. If complications occur or you are not satisfied, this can still be discussed and/or resolved during the follow-up appointment.
3. Botox for wrinkles
Do you always squint your eyes when looking into the sun? If so, that's not very beneficial for frown lines and crow's feet. A Botox treatment temporarily relaxes the muscles. This prevents wrinkles from forming.
4. COVID-19 Vaccination
Is your COVID-19 vaccination scheduled for this summer? We advise you not to schedule a filler treatment two weeks before and two weeks after your vaccination. This significantly reduces the chance of side effects. A COVID-19 vaccination has no influence on a Botox treatment. Read more about the COVID-19 vaccine and fillers here.
5. Skin Protection
Always protect your skin during the summer months with sunscreen, with at least SPF30. Sun damage causes skin aging, pigment spots, and age spots.
Go into the sunny days relaxed, dry, and prepared, and who knows, maybe we'll see you soon at our clinic!

Nicoline has been working in cosmetic medicine since 2015 and has performed over 30,000 Botox and filler treatments in recent years. Nicoline is registered with the Profile Register Cosmetic Medicine as a Cosmetic Doctor KNMG and is a member of the Dutch Association for Cosmetic Medicine (NVCG). In addition, she was an educator for a long time and, in that capacity, trained various cosmetic doctors and provided training sessions. To stay informed of the latest techniques and products, Nicoline regularly attends conferences at home and abroad. **Honesty and naturalness – that is my starting point** "For me, cosmetic medicine revolves around one thing: a beautiful, natural result where you recognize yourself, but look just a little fresher and more rested. I work carefully and safely, listen carefully to what you want and what you don't want, and give honest advice – even if something turns out not to be necessary. Not every wrinkle needs to be treated. Not every area needs extra volume. My role is to advise what *does* work and what is better left undone. Because 'less is more' is not just a nice saying – it is the core of my working method. Through my many years of experience, both as a practitioner and as an educator, I know exactly how to make subtle improvements that suit your natural face. It's not about nobody seeing that you've had a treatment – it's about everyone seeing how good you look," says Nicoline. **Experience & specializations** - Cosmetic Doctor KNMG since 2015 - 30,000+ Botox and filler treatments - Former educator of cosmetic doctors - Registered in the Profile Register Cosmetic Medicine - Member of the Dutch Association for Cosmetic Medicine (NVCG) - Internationally trained and up-to-date with the latest techniques
