You start by scheduling a phone intake online with the medical assistant. During this conversation, you will receive an explanation about the weight loss with pills program, and an appointment for a consultation with the doctor will be made immediately.
Following the intake, the consultation with the doctor takes place, either physically at one of our 12 clinics or via an online appointment. During this, you and the doctor will review your personal situation, and they will assess whether the program is medically suitable for you.
If the doctor deems the tablet treatment suitable, a prescription will be issued, and the pharmacy will arrange secure home delivery of the medication.
Take the medication daily as prescribed by the doctor, for example, at a fixed time and with or without food.
Throughout the program, you remain under the medical supervision of the doctor. The doctor stays involved in the progress of your tablet treatment, so you always have support during weight loss.
At the start of the process, we pair you with a coach who will look at your diet, exercise, and lifestyle with you. After the initial month, you have the choice regarding the level of guidance.
With the VYTAL nutrition app, you can easily track your meals, discover new recipes, and receive practical support for a healthy lifestyle. In combination with your coach's guidance, you work purposefully towards lasting results.
Because your eating pattern may change, additional supplementation is sometimes desirable. Therefore, we offer nutritional supplements that complement the medical weight loss with pills program.
Extending after the initial month is easy online. You remain in good hands: the medication is delivered to your home, and the doctor, coach, and pharmacy monitor your progress.
Once you have reached your target weight, you and the doctor and coach will determine the next step: tapering off medication or an appropriate maintenance strategy.
Once the medication has been tapered off, the maintenance phase begins. Thanks to the relapse prevention program, you remain at your weight independently, while professional help remains available when you need it.
