When to call 112 immediately
Call 112 right away in life-threatening situations, such as:
- Severe shortness of breath or breathing problems
- Unconsciousness or nearly fainting
- Severe allergic reaction (swelling of the throat or lips)
- Acute chest pain or neurological symptoms (vision, speech, paralysis)

When to call The Body Clinic medical emergency number
Only call The Body Clinic medical emergency number for urgent medical issues that cannot wait until the next working day and related to a treatment or medication provided by The Body Clinic.
Examples of when to call:
- Sudden discoloration or severe pain after a filler treatment
- Vision problems after a treatment
- Serious side effects that are rapidly worsening
- Bleeding or acute complications after a procedure
- Severe symptoms related to weight loss medication (such as persistent vomiting, dehydration, or rapidly worsening complaints)

When to contact your GP or out-of-hours GP service
Contact your GP or out-of-hours GP service for medical issues that are not life-threatening but do require medical assessment, such as:
- Persistent or worsening pain
- Fever or signs of infection
- Concerns about medication side effects
- Symptoms that require medical evaluation but are not urgent
