At the beginning of January 2023, I started the treatment program at The Body Clinic. The conversations with my coach, Annelieke, were always pleasant and motivating. She helped me structure my lifestyle and set realistic goals. I felt well-guided throughout the entire process.
I've struggled with my weight for years, until I reached my breaking point. I tried every imaginable diet and even received approval for a gastric bypass (luckily didn't go through with it). I started the program in early January, with excellent guidance from The Body Clinic. I have now achieved my goals and we're still going!
After many diets, I finally found a responsible way to lose weight. Friendly guidance and clear explanation of its use. The guidance and advice from the nutritionist and lifestyle coach was/is pleasant and helps me move forward. Structurally eating less and making better choices about what I eat has directly led to visible and tangible results.

You receive extensive guidance and go through a thorough intake interview. My coach, Marjan Wijnalda, provided me with valuable information about nutrition in my daily life. Nothing complicated, just practical tips to vary your diet every day.

For my birthday, I treated myself to a weight-loss programme, with the help of a dietitian. I’d never managed to lose weight: I ate healthily, but too much. Due to depression during the pandemic, I put on a lot of weight and felt trapped in my own body. I tried every diet, but couldn’t stick to them because of my busy job; even the keto diet didn’t work. With her help, my hunger pangs disappeared and I’ve finally achieved my goals.
