You can undergo a baby botox treatment from the age of 18, which is the legal minimum age for cosmetic botox treatments. Ideal starting age: most people start with baby botox between 25-35 years. At this age, you begin to see the first fine lines, and botox mainly works preventively: it prevents wrinkles from becoming deeper.
The results of baby botox are not immediately visible. You usually start to notice the effect after 3-5 days, when the muscles gradually begin to relax. The maximum effect is seen after 1-2 weeks.
After a baby botox treatment, it is important to avoid certain things for the first few hours and days. For the first four hours, you should remain upright and not bend over or lie down. For the first 24 hours, do not touch the treated area, avoid intense exercise, sauna, swimming, and alcohol, and do not apply pressure to the treated zones. For the first week, facial treatments, peelings, and massages are not permitted. You can return to your daily activities immediately after the treatment. Slight redness or swelling at the injection sites is normal and will disappear within a few hours. The effect will gradually appear within the first 1-2 weeks.
