Ilse works as a medical weight loss coach at The Body Clinic. Driven by her passion for strength training and fitness, she completed a weight consultant training. Since then, she has supported clients in developing a healthy lifestyle that suits them.
She looks beyond just nutrition. From her background as a weight consultant, she knows that losing weight often isn't just about what someone eats, but that behaviour and emotions also play a significant role. Therefore, she helps clients make conscious choices, gain insight into their eating habits, and break patterns.

There is also room to enjoy something tasty, because according to her, it's all about finding the right balance. Additionally, she teaches clients how to handle situations like dinners, parties, and birthdays while losing weight, as she believes these moments are also part of a healthy lifestyle.
