Nicole de Haan is a nutritional coach for medical weight loss at The Body Clinic. Nicole graduated 7 years ago as a dietitian and nutritionist and has since guided countless people towards a healthy and suitable eating pattern. She has extensive experience with medical weight loss supported by medication.

Nicole combines her professional knowledge as a dietitian with a practical, positive approach. She wrote a book on gestational diabetes and, alongside her work at The Body Clinic, runs her own practice in Heemstede, where she further propagates her passion for nutrition and well-being. "What characterizes me as a nutritional coach is a pragmatic and positive approach. I look for what motivates people and work from there. What works, and how can we build on that? Within the adjustments that are sometimes necessary, I mainly look for possibilities. Because a healthy lifestyle must remain enjoyable – otherwise, you won't sustain it. Weight loss is not just about what you eat, but also about why you eat and how you build a healthy relationship with food. That, for me, is the key to lasting results."
