What you need to know about a filler treatment
Wrinkle treatment
The fillers we use in The Body Clinic are based on hyaluronic acid, a transparent body gel. Where Botox relaxes the muscle so that a wrinkle disappears, a filler fills a wrinkle. At The Body Clinic we only work with A-brands of hyaluronic acid, such as Restylane, Teosyal or Saypha. Tens of millions of treatments have already been performed with these hyaluronic acids and their long-term safety has also been proven.
Contour Recovery
With age, there is loss of fat and supporting tissue in the face. You lose volume and this causes the skin on your face to slacken. For example, your cheekbones may seem slightly less present than you are used to, or you may find that your forehead appears narrower due to loss of volume at the temples. By filling in the contours at the top of the face, you restore the beautiful V-shape in the face, which radiates youthfulness.
