This is, of course, very annoying, and you'd prefer to prevent it. After a treatment, you expect to be able to resume your daily activities as usual. But what can you do about a bruise or swelling?
You can reduce this with the tips below.
- Arnica drops – can reduce bruising after the treatment Start 5 days before the treatment, 10 drops, 3 times a day, and continue for up to 5 days after the treatment. These drops are available in our clinics and at pharmacies / drugstores (for example, from Dr A. Vogel).
- Cetirizine tablets – against swelling after a treatment 1 tablet per day for 5 – 10 days after the treatment. You can obtain these tablets from your doctor.

Of course, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that these tips will completely prevent bruises and/or swelling, but there is certainly a good chance that they will be reduced.
