Bart Biermans (35), by his own admission “pretty vain,” has been working as a cosmetic doctor for nearly 10 years. With great pleasure he helps his often wealthy clients. The taboo surrounding fillers and botox amazes him: “It’s laughable when you see an actress who glowingly denies it, when it’s clear she has three zones of botox in her forehead alone.”
