Djilly Ybema

Djilly Ybema has served as human resources and scheduling manager at The Body Clinic since 2023. In this role, Djilly makes sure that behind the scenes everything regarding scheduling and staffing runs smoothly so that clients get the best experience possible. Djilly’s duties are very diverse and include physician calendar management, human resources and dealing with legal issues within the clinic. At The Body Clinic, no day is the same, which makes working in this industry especially fun.

Although Djilly recently joined The Body Clinic, working within this organization feels like coming home. Together with the team, Djilly is working daily to bring out the best in herself and the organization, with the goal of optimizing the client experience. Creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable is very important to Djilly.
