Djilly Ybema is the Chief Operating Officer at The Body Clinic and is responsible for personnel and planning within the organization. In this role, she ensures that all behind-the-scenes processes run smoothly, so that clients in the clinics receive optimal care. Her responsibilities are broad and include HR policy, staff development, managing doctors' schedules, and streamlining daily operations.
With her structure, overview, and approach, Djilly brings calm and clarity to a dynamic environment. She works closely with all teams to improve processes and create a working environment where colleagues can function optimally — and clients receive the best possible experience.
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Djilly Ybema has also been appointed as Data Protection Officer (DPO) at The Body Clinic B.V. In this role, she oversees compliance with the GDPR and the protection of personal data within the organization. Djilly is registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority under DPO number FG0019101.
