The Body Clinic is a collective of cosmetic doctors. The Body Clinic has two private cosmetic clinics: one in Amsterdam and one in Duiven (Arnhem region).
Our doctors have been tested as best by the Consumers Union, are members of the NVCG and have over 8 years of experience in cosmetic medicine. At The Body Clinic, a natural result using safe, temporary injectables is paramount: less is more!
The Body Clinic in Amsterdam is looking for a communicatively strong hostess / assistant, starting January 1, 2014, 20 to 24 hours per week available (flexible working hours / also evening hours)
As a hostess / assistant, you are the business card of our clinic!
Your duties will initially include;
* hosting clients in our clinic
* speaking to clients in a correct and friendly manner
* making an initial positive and friendly impression on our clients
* bring about the sale of products
* administrative work (entering data in our customer database, making appointments in the calendar, taking photos, etc)
* where necessary, assist the cosmetic physicians
In addition to this basic work, there is room to further shape this position by mutual agreement. Consider light administrative duties in support of the Clinic Manager.
You are flexible in your working hours and live in Amsterdam. Average of 20 to 24 hours per week, 11 euros gross per hour.
What are the job requirements?
As a hostess/assistant:
– You are highly presentable and communicative;
– Are flexible in your working hours (also available until 8 p.m.)
– Preferably have experience as a front desk clerk, hostess or similar;
– Do you have a pleasant telephone voice and speak ABN;
– Do you have a good knowledge of the English language;
– you stand firmly in your shoes and have a high regard for customer friendliness;
– Are you available 20-24 hours per week and have a flexible attitude;
– Do you have an affinity for cosmetic medicine
