3 smoothies for more energy!

You know it, that miserable dip.
Sometimes you have it at the end of the day and sometimes you just want to start the day with a dose of energy.
An energy shot gives you the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants you need.

Make these delicious smoothies and you’ll be good to go!

Bosvruchten smoothie met kaneel

Ingredients:
* 500 grams frozen fruit * 2 bananas * 2 tbsp forest fruit jam * 500 ml almond milk * 15 blueberries * cinnamon powder

How do you make it?
Puree the frozen fruit with the bananas, jam and almond milk in the blender. Divide the smoothie between large glasses and finally add the blueberries and a little bit of cinnamon.

Komkommer shake met kiwi en avocado

Ingredients:
* 1 cucumber * 2 avocados * 2 kiwis * 1 lime * few sprigs of mint * 600 ml soy milk * 4 tbsp honey

How do you make it?
Peel and slice the cucumber. Peel the avocados and kiwis and cut the flesh into pieces. Keep a quarter of an avocado.
Squeeze the lime. Remove the leaves from the mint sprig. Again, keep a few leaves.
Mash the cucumber with the avocado, mint leaves and lime juice. Then add the kiwi pieces and mash for a few moments. Then stir in the soy milk and honey and divide the contents between large glasses.
Cut the rest of the avocado into small cubes and divide this along with the mint leaves among the glasses.

Wortel-sinaasappel smoothie

Ingredients:
* 1 kilo carrots * 5 cm fresh ginger * 5 press oranges * 4 thin stalks of celery

How do you make it?
Wash the carrots and cut the ginger into 2-inch slices. Put the carrots and ginger through the juicer and collect the juice. Squeeze the oranges and mix the juice with the carrot-ginger juice. Serve in large glasses with a stem of celery.
