For our cosmetic clinic in Amsterdam Oud Zuid we are looking for a hostess / assistant (part-time 6 to 10 hours per week) starting January 2021. Perfect for alongside your studies or for a fun side job.
Our doctors are BIG registered, are affiliated with the NVCG and have over 15 years of experience in cosmetic medicine. At The Body Clinic, a natural result using safe, temporary injectables is paramount: less is more!

The position involves a varied job averaging 6 to 10 hours per week in our beautiful cosmetic clinic in Amsterdam Zuid. We are looking for someone for Thursdays from 1:30-7:30 p.m. and extension to include Tuesdays from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Times are flexible and may change.
Work
* Receiving clients in our clinic and giving information to the clients.
* speaking to clients in a correct and friendly manner, guiding them before their appointment
* making an initial positive, friendly and calm impression on our clients
* front desk duties (entering data into our client file, scheduling appointments in the calendar, taking pictures of clients, keeping track of inventory, payments).
Funtion requirements
You are representative, independent, pick up work on your own, take initiative, communicative, speak ABN and good English, MBO working and thinking level, you can multi-task well. You have experience in customer contact or as a front desk clerk. You are flexible in your working hours and have an affinity for cosmetic medicine. An average of 6 to 10 hours per week. You stand firmly in your shoes and have customer-friendliness as a top priority. Due to the flexibility of the position, we prefer someone who lives in Amsterdam.

You will work on a 0-hour contract basis. The regular day is Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and extension of a Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Good to know before applying:
Living in Amsterdam is a must, due to flexibility of hours (no reimbursement of travel expenses). Gross salary negotiable and depends on experience and age. You will work on a 0-hour contract basis, averaging 6-10 hours per week.
