For our cosmetic clinic in Amsterdam Oud Zuid we are looking for an assistant as of September 1, 2020 and immediately for possible substitute / vacation worker.
Our doctors have been tested as best by the Consumers’ Association, are cosmetic doctors KNMG and affiliated with the NVCG and have over 15 years of experience in cosmetic medicine. At The Body Clinic, a natural result using safe, temporary injectables is paramount: less is more!

The position involves a varied job averaging 12 hours per week in our attractive cosmetic clinic in Amsterdam Oud Zuid. We are looking for an assistant for Tuesdays (during the day).
Work
- Receiving clients correctly and kindly in our clinic.
- You are the first person to see the client so it is important to make a positive, friendly and calm impression on the client. You must be able to reassure the client.
- Front desk duties (providing coffee/tea for clients, entering data into our client database, scheduling appointments in the calendar via email and by phone, taking photos of clients, maintaining inventory, payments).
- Administrative work, inventory management, support Clinic Manager
- Start date: effective September 1, 2020, Tuesdays during the day as a regular on-call employee, may also be earlier as a substitute employee effective immediately.
Job Requirements
You are living in Amsterdam, representative, independent, proactive, initiative, communicative, speak ABN and good English, MBO working and thinking level, you can multi-task and organize well. You have experience in customer contact and administration. An average of 8 hours per week. You stand firmly in your shoes and have customer-friendliness as a top priority.

Living in Amsterdam is a must, due to flexibility of hours (unfortunately no reimbursement of travel expenses). You will work on a 0-hour contract basis, averaging 8 to 9 hours per week.
